Logging is the internal B-ware act of recording certain statuses and communication records so that any issues can be analyzed and resolved easier.

Normally, logging is set to INFO to minimize reading time but when debugging is required, customer service may ask for logging to be changed to ALL.  This is how the change is done:


1.) Press the hamburger icon and select Application Settings.


2.) Toward the bottom of the screen, find and select Logging.


3.) Select Log Level


4.) Select Log Level.  Change to "ALL" for debugging purposes.



5.) Now the Log Level should read ALL.



6.) Make sure to select Clear Log before performing a read


7.) Perform a normal Data Read of the HM-5. 


6.) Send the log file to Solutionbee by selecting the vertical three dots icon on the Monitors page.
