In some unusual cases, you may want to perform a Factory Reset on the HM-6:
a.) You want to delete the existing data on the scale because you are installing a new hive on the scale and want to remove the data pertaining to the previously monitored hive
b.) There is some error that cannot be corrected by simply removing and reattaching the battery.
WARNING: All data and settings will be erased. You will need to reconnect the HM-6 to your router (if applicable).
In order to perform a Factory Reset:
1.) Tap on the circled "i" in order to bring up the feature menu.
2.) Select "HM-6 Settings"
3.) You will need to tap the electronic module in order to start up the Bluetooth connectivity. Then select Factory Reset from the list below when it appears.
