This is a very short article about what the purpose of the GW-1 is.

The new GW-1 Bluetooth Gateway bridges the periodic Bluetooth values being emitted by the HM-1 sensors and uploads them to the cloud via WiFi. Implementing the GW-1 eliminates the need to manually read and upload the HM-1 data using the phone. Once set up, the data flows automatically without user intervention and data is plotted every 15 minutes in the cloud graphs.

Only one Gateway per beeyard is needed.
Gateway is powered via any USB port.
HM-1 (Internal temperature and Humidity) data is plotted every 15 minutes in real-time.
