This version (ver 2.x.x) allows for iPhone users to configure their HM-6 to connect directly to their WiFi router - a feature that previously was available only on the Android app.

Note: the B-ware iOS app uses both NFC and Bluetooth.  NFC is used initially in order to wake up the electronics, from then on Bluetooth communication takes over.

Please view the video below for details on how to perform the WiFi setup.

1. Select the B-Ware app and start it.

2. Navigate to the Monitor List by tapping the HM-5/HM-6 icon on the bottom of the screen.  The Ready-To-Scan window should appear.  If not, tap the Read link in order to make it appear.

3. Simply touch the HM-6 electronic module with the phone so that the NFC activates and your HM-6 is placed on the list.

4. Tap on the circled "i" link on the list which opens a menu of options.

5. Select the "HM-5 Settings" option.

6. The Settings options may be visible immediately (if Bluetooth is on) or it may ask you to touch the electronic module with the phone to activate Bluetooth first (if Bluetooth is off).  Below are the settings options:

7. Select the WiFi Settings option.

8. Click on the WiFi Scan button and select the router you would like your HM-6 to be connected to by scrolling.

9. Tap on the password field and enter the router password for that router.  Press the Configure button.

10. Wait a few seconds for the app to show "CONNECTED" status.  This means that the HM-6 is connected to your router.

11. Go back to the HM-6 setting screen and select Upload Schedule.

12. Tap on the hours you would like the upload(s) to occur.  The default 9pm (21:00) is already selected as a default.  Most users select only one upload a day in order to save battery power.  When finished tap on the Configure button to store that schedule in your HM-6 (or do nothing if 9pm is fine with you).   If finished, disconnect from Bluetooth by tapping the "Disconnect" link and return back.

Note: The hours selected are Standard Hours, not Daylight Savings hours.  For example, if your region is under Daylight Savings when you are configuring your HM-6 and you want an upload at 9pm (Daylight Savings Time), select 8pm on the app.

13. If correctly configured, your HM-6 will now continuously upload its data to the cloud according to the Upload Schedule you specified.  Check the web app (go to www.solutionbee.com, then My Solutionbee) to view your data!
