Forgetting your password is frustrating... it's happened to all of us at some point.
Your Solutionbee password can be reset via the Web app. It can also be reset via the smartphone app but this article covers only the web app.
Note: it has been reported that using Safari on a Mac does not generate a Password Reset email. Using Firefox on a Mac, however, does work.
1.) Select "Forgot Password?"
2.) Enter the email address you have used to log in in the past. This is the email address the reset password email to be sent to.
3.) Check your email. Your email will come from "solutionbeellc". Check all your inboxes, including your Spam inbox.
3a.) If you don't find the password reset email in your inbox, try finding it by entering "solutionbeellc" in the Gmail search field and hit Enter. This will give you a list of emails that you received automatically from Solutionbee.
4.) Click on the link in the email.
5.) Enter in your new password in the two fields given.
6.) Click on "Change Password".
7.) You will get the message below. Now sign in with the new password.
8.) Enter your new password and you will then be logged in.
9.) Contact Solutionbee at support@solutionbee.com if you cannot find your reset password email in your inboxes.
