The Group feature allows users to combine the weights of several hive monitors together into one graph. This allows the tracking of several hives together which might be located in the same apiary or same geographic location such as county or city.
Keep in mind that the Groups feature combines hives that are in the same account. To combine hives of different accounts, use of the Solutionbee Communities feature (an upcoming Prime feature) is needed.
1.) Enter into your account. The default is set for Hives. Click on Groups.
2.) You will notice that each account automatically creates one group as a default group. This default group contains all the hives in that account. You may add customized groups by selecting the purple Add Group option.
For now, select Total Data to see a graph of the combined hives in the account.
3.) Clicking on Total Data gives the following chart. It can be stretched and zoomed into just like any hive graph. In addition, the Table data can be viewed and the data downloaded in various formats including Excel to calculate averages, deviations and trends.
4.) Furthermore, you can assign GPS coordinates for each hive and then view them all on a combined map. For that, select Details and you will see a map with all the hives in that group. Keep in mind that you can also create sub-groups (for say, all the monitors in one specific apiary). The default, All My Hives group is a group consisting of ALL your hives in your account.
