It is possible to reset your HM-5 in two ways:
A.) Soft reset. This is the equivalent of removing the battery and reinstalling it.
B.) Factory reset.
Soft Reset
1.) Tap on the hamburger icon on the top left of the Monitor List screen and select Device Management.
2.) You will see the screen below. Place the phone next to the electronic assembly in order to read the HM-5.
3.) The following screen will appear after reading the HM-5 successfully. Select Restart device
4.) Touch your smartphone on the HM-5 electronic module.
5.) A successful restart will be indicated with the message below.
Factory Reset
Perform the operation similar to the one above but select Reset to Factory.
